Your systems,
finally talking.

Retyping data between tools is a job for software, not people. We connect your platforms so information flows on its own — accurately, instantly, invisibly. Fixed prices from £450.

What we connect

If it has an API,
we can wire it in.

From household names to obscure industry tools, we've integrated with dozens of platforms. And when there's no API at all, we find another way.

  • Payments — Stripe checkout, subscriptions and invoicing
  • Microsoft 365 — email, calendars and Graph API
  • Accounting — Xero, billing and reconciliation
  • CRMs and helpdesks — two-way sync
  • Booking and calendar systems
  • Custom webhooks and automation flows

Done properly

Integrations that
survive the real world.

The difference between a quick script and a professional integration shows up six months later. Ours are built for the long run.

  • Error handling and automatic retries
  • Rate-limit aware — plays nicely with vendor APIs
  • Secure credential storage, never hardcoded
  • Logging and alerts so failures never hide
  • Documentation for your team

Real examples

Integrations we've shipped.

Email-to-ticket engine

Inbound email ingestion via Microsoft Graph with intelligent threading, CC handling and automatic company matching — powering a live service desk.

Payments & booking flow

Stripe payments wired into a live availability calendar with automated confirmation emails — a complete self-service booking pipeline.

Usage-based billing

Carrier data feeds transformed into zone-based cost calculations and client-ready invoices — replacing hours of monthly spreadsheet work.

Questions

Good to know.

How much does an API integration cost?

Our integration pricing is fixed and published: £450 for a simple one-way connection (a contact form feeding your CRM, calendar booking sync), £850 for transactional integrations that move money or business-critical data, £1,850 for two-way always-in-sync integrations with webhooks and monitoring, and from £3,500 for complex multi-system automation. Market quotes for the same work range from around £1,500 to well over £100,000 — the spread comes from open-ended scope, which is exactly what fixed tiers remove. See integration pricing.

How much does a Stripe integration cost?

Two separate costs get confused here. Stripe's own transaction fees are charged by Stripe per payment. The developer cost of building the integration is what we quote: £850 fixed for Stripe checkout with proper error handling and confirmation flows, or £1,850 fixed for subscriptions and recurring billing. Read the full Stripe cost breakdown.

Can you integrate with our industry-specific software?

If it has an API, almost certainly — we've integrated household names and obscure industry tools alike. If it has no API at all, we'll tell you honestly and look at alternatives like scheduled exports or file-based bridges before you spend anything.

What happens when a vendor changes their API?

Vendor APIs change — Stripe versions, Microsoft Graph updates, accounting platforms revising their fees and endpoints. Our integrations are built with monitoring and alerts so failures never hide, and our care retainer (£495/mo) covers API change management, uptime monitoring and monthly development hours.
